FAB 4

This program will test your endurance, strength and stability. I will incorporate upper body, lower body, cardio and core in these workouts. Each workout will be 30-40 minutes. Have fun and don’t forget to challenge yourself!

Day 1 - Full Body Bootcamp (34 mins)
Day 2- Fat burning HIIT (26 mins)
Day 3 - No Repeat Full Body (37 mins)
Day 4 - Hard Core Abs (29 mins)
