The seniors program is a low impact program. Each week you will have a variety of workouts to choose from, Low Impact Cardio, Upper body, Lower body and ROM ( Range Of Motion ) stretch. The warm-up will be gradual and allow each participants body to prepare for the upcoming movement. Don't worry if you don't have weights! You can use cans of soup or even water bottles to complete the strength exercises.

This exciting new seniors program is a carefully and professionally designed workout that can be done in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
